Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original vintage-style packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is securely protected.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
